Add 5 drops to your aroma lamp/diffuser with water. This will give you a wonderful aromatherapeutic experience in your home, for instance in the bathroom or bedroom when you need a relaxing and sensuous vibe to calm you down after a busy day or before bedtime.
Use this essential oil for sauna therapy when you are looking for a sense of clarity and focus, or want a clearing effect on the airways.
If you are a yoga teacher or offer treatments, you can use this blend of essential oils as part of a scent ritual. Rub a few drops between your hands or under the feet before your yoga practice or when it’s time to reach that state of deep relaxation.
